Return Policy
Jo West accepts returns within 30 days of the order being received. All items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. Free from makeup, fake tan and free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
We DO NOT accept returns on the following items:
-Panties
-Bodysuits
All items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Jo West will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 7-10 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Jo West customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 business days once we receive your return for a refund. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays and sales. We thank you for your patience!

Exchanges
Jo West does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
